Got a trial version of Photoshop. At first I was hesitant, but after a while of practice, I'm getting used to it. I made the drawing below in about an hour, and plan to outline, then color it in.

In other news, I got accepted to Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), and my portfolio was turned down by UMBC (because they didn't haver my transcripts). I bought a 12 " posable wooden doll, which I'll practice sketching to improve my anatomy.

Edit: Just by doing simple excercises with the doll, I can tell my anatomy is improving dramatically. Shoulers, arms, and legs look much better in proportion. Special thanks to sQueef for suggesting to do this, and I recommend it to every amatuer artist.

Recently at the KK, we've been going trough what can only be referred to as Spring Clusterfuck. Moral was low, and with the leave of sQueef (aka arushi, 50vmp), things started to implode. Plenty of old members made sudden reappearances, and they complained that the KK wasn't now what it used to be.

Recently the members have gotten lazy, collabs have gone unjoined and unfinished, annoying members left undeleted, and lots of members were worried that the people of NG thought we were dead. Things were so grim that Kes (founder of the KK and aka BigFuzzyKitten) announced his retirement!

Luckily, thanks to some big changes and more than a few new rules, we were able to pull out. Lots of the old members were made admins and mods. We imposed new collab rules, and are vying for an even harder trial for new members.

Of course, it wasn't really a clean affair. I logged off a few days while alot of the insanity proceeded, but in the end it all worked out. Inferno was de-adminned and his posts all deleted (which i think was overkill) and clockninja was deleted. Something happened to Asian Kitty (demodded and his account taken over I think), and radiator got mod. Basically, we plan to be more tight-assed about membership.

Collab-wise we will try to crank out more than ever, and with summer coming closer, our free-time to work on flash will be better than before.

In summary, I MISS YOU SQUEEF PLEASE I NEED YOU INSIDE ME!!!!!!!!

Edit: Someone logged on to 321's account and used his admin powers to delete a bunch of users, and then when Kes tried to upload a backup, it shitted out on him. Wacky posted that it was him and he did it to kill the KK after years of planning, but I am sure he was kidding. Anyways a backup from about a week ago was found and uploaded earlier today, but right now the site isn't working. It probably was DDOS'ed.
